Jan/AGx had the idea to press a series of eight 12”LP’s, with on each record, the complete sessions of the countless 7”EPs that AGATHOCLES have recorded during a period of more than 3 decades.
LP number four in this series of eight albums with complete sessions which were made for various 7”EP’s, recorded and released between 1990 and 2003. On this one, you will hear recordings which were made in 1996, recorded and mixed at the SOUNDSHAPE-studios in Arendonk, Belgium. The songs were used for records such as the AGATHOCLES/VOMIT FALL (Italy) split 10”, AGATHOCLES/AUTORITAR (Germany) split 7”EP, AGATHOCLES/PRAPARATION H (USA) split 7”EP and AGATHOCLES/UNHOLY GRAVE (Japan) split 7”EP. Some interesting fact is that during the recording session of this 12”LP, Agathocles took some big kettle drums into the studio. They used these kettle drums on the song “Their excuse”.
The covers of all 8 records of this series make up the complete triptych „The Garden of Earthly Delights“ by Hieronymus Bosch.

  • The split kicks off with the very strange yet incredibly interesting Bastard Noise side of things, whose music is basically a mishmash of powerviolence, noisecore, ambient and electronic music. It’s definitely unique as far as most bands go and this split incorporates all of the above in 4 tracks of brutal noise. It’s mid paced and has a lot of tempo changes and different music elements and it’s not what you’d expect, which is never a bad thing. I full enjoyed this side of the split. Moving on to the B-side of the split, Lack of Interest has always tickled my fancy with their fast, filthy and crushing music with a classic feel. It’s all or nothing with these guys and it blasts you to fuck from the word go. It’s most definitely powerviolence done right and it fucking rips into you without any remorse. The songs have a strong misanthropic theme, which tie into drugs and inner-city issues, much like Despise You. It rips to shit and has that old school hardcore sound to it, which definitely reminds me of years past. I would highly recommend this split to fans of Despise You, Man is the Bastard, Infest, Neanderthal, Siege and Spazz. (Deep Six Records)

This exhaustive discography LP includes the following: Split LP with OLHO SECO (both versions. 1985), INFRATORES (pre-BRIGADA DO ÓDIO! 1984), s/t EP (2002) and “Diáspora” EP (2006, for the first time on vinyl!). 50 TRACKS!! UK’s Terrorizer Mag quoted it as nr. 6 of the most essential Grindcore albums of all times. With 6 vinyl releases spanning from 2011 to 2015, the Athenians are embarked on a cosmic quest. Their concept and aesthetics draw influences from cosmology, astronomy and science fiction literature, as well as the associated sociopolitical and existential repercussions.
Being impossible to describe their music style by using one or two genre references, they have chosen to call it “astrogrind”.

Ltd color vinyl LP in a silver laminated gatefold single pocket heavyweight jacket, with 8 page 12x12 booklet insert. Their long awaited third album, recorded by Kurt Ballou and Zach Weeks at God City and mastered by Brad Boatright at Audiosiege. Musically, the third Dropdead album is a bit different from previous recordings, style-wise and vocally, with the latter being delivered so the words have an impact more so than just raw screaming. With 23 songs in 24 minutes, the songs themselves vary much more in tempo and style, but ultimately, it's a Dropdead record that makes sense in 2020. Lyrically, this record is relevant to the times we live in, focused on the alarming state of the world, the disturbing rise of right-wing extremism, animal abuse, and the continued social failures of humankind. "These are dark times we find ourselves living in," says the band, "and this is how we vent our frustration and anger in a positive way." Track List: Prelude Torches Road To Absolution Only Victims Warfare State Corrupt On Your Knees Vultures The Black Mask Ashes Book Of hate Flesh And Blood Stoking The Flame Bodies Hatred Burning Nothing Remains Abattoir Of Pain Stripped By The Knife Hail To The Emperor Before The Fall United States Of Corruption Will You Fight? • Through punishingly short, and dynamic songs, Escuela Grind delivers politically charged lyrics inspired by modern anxieties, unrest, and the roots of Hardcore Punk, Grindcore, and Power Violence. While members Katerina Economou, Jesse Fuentes (Kill the Client, Creator|Destroyer), Jason Balthazar Eldridge (Hearse), and Kris Morash (Your Brain on Drugs) span from different parts of the United States; the band has been based in Upstate New York and Western Massachusetts since its first shows in 2016. Following the forward-thinking path of bands like Terrorizer, these Ithaca, New York - based grinders offer variance to the tired blast-blast-blast trope, mixing in elements of death metal, doom, noise and more into their nitro cocktail. Limited on 200 copies! (Armageddon Label ‎Records / To Live A Lie ‎Records / Regurgitated Semen Records)
  • Arguably the most potent musical force Australian music has seen in the last couple years, Perth's EXTORTION are set to launch a fresh attack on the senses with their latest balls-out thrash incursion, "loose screws". A 12 track effort pushes EXTORTION's well-established power-violence sound to face-ripping new extremes. Recorded across 3 continents, the basic tracks were laid down in California by producer Dan Rathbun (Tragedy, His Hero is Gone, Talk Is Poison), then completed vocals in Perth. As one final flourish, UK-based celebrity EXTORTION fan, Barney of NAPALM DEATH, added his unmistakable roar to the aptly titled "grind to a halt". (Deep Six Records / Draw Blank Records)

What more can be said about "World Extermination" that hasn't already been said? In our opinion it is one of the top five grindcore albums of all time. It's distinct, catchy, brutal, unpredictable, relentless, mechanically tight, razor sharp and that artwork is iconic as hell. A perfect album in every way. This is an official reissue, lovingly recreated with the best available materials to be as close to the original release specifications as possible. This version improves on the original in that it comes with more legible insert art, a heavier jacket and a much, much bigger poster. Everything is bigger in Texas, right? 1000 copies of black 150gr vinyl housed in a 24pt jacket with lyric insert, poster and download card included. Recorded at Red Room Studios in Houston TX. Re-Mastered by John Golden. Art by Daniel Shaw and Tom Triplett. (Iron Lung Records)
  • "Crunchy grind is what comes to mind after listening to this 30 minute monster. I’ll be honest straight up. I’m a fan of selective grind and it so happens I love exactly this kind of grind, so imagine my drooling when I first heard this. Internal Rot embody the purest traits that quality grind contains – violence and freedom. ‘Mental Hygiene’ will grab you by the collar and throw you straight into a pit of wild boars. You will be shredded into pieces in the frenzy that ‘Mental Hygiene’ creates. Musically, it is infused with punk thrash elements and the guitar tone it carries is jagged edged similar to what Insect Warfare, Wormrot, Infanticide and Death Toll 80k employ; and that is saying “it slays”. So fans who have heard these bands before should know what to expect and be ready to lap it up. Right from the first track ‘Muciferous’, the album is a gateway to unbridled anger and consequently, freedom. The 30 odd minutes get over in a blink of an eye. After absolutely four murderous tracks, the band also manages to get some groove in via the aptly named ‘Sex Everywhere’! It obviously doesn’t make sense to distinguish between songs in a top grindcore album like this, but ‘Internal Rot’ insert some slight shifts in tempo; alternating between blazingly fast and slightly slower mosh ready parts. Albeit for a few seconds, this keeps the attention of the listener and gives some breathing room like midway through ‘Nose in Neck’ and ‘Hodgkinson St.’, in order to get ready for the next round of barrage that inevitably follows. The last and the longest track happens to be titled ‘Riddled with Rage’ and it pretty much sums up the sentiment of the whole album. There is a certain appeal for grind albums like these, whose expressiveness and production attracts fans from other extreme genres." -dipym666 500 copies on smoky grey vinyl. Remastered from the original files. This is a shared release with 625 Productions, a tuxedo among suits. (Iron Lung Records/625 Thrashcore)
  • Lifewreck started in 2012, in 2014 they self released their EP cotaining 8 songs called "Aggravation". On the early 2017, the band hit the studio to record 13 new songs for their first full length album. Within this new recording, you will be able to spot an intense chance of their style which progressed  from raw powerviolence with ripping in grind style vocals to more of early US hardcore sound blended with nowadays US sound with real great match delay on vocals. The songs are still short and aggressive but more restrained with 2-3 exceptions. Limited to 300 copies. (Scarecrow Records)
  • This blistering bit of czech fastcore is the perfect musical whirlwind to redirect any of your bubbling anger into. 20 tunes in barely 18 minutes is ultra-breezy for an actual full length album but this stuff is a pure concentrate of rage without any boring extra filling so you shouldn't feel short-changed. I'm guessing 22 minutes is probably the average length for a Lycanthrophy liveset! The female vocals bring about undeniable appeal, this lady's bloodcurdling shrieks are definitely impressive and her range of screaming rage suits me perfectly (not as shrill as most female grind vocalists I've heard so far!). You're also getting pissed off male back-up barking as well. Crushingly fast and sharp drum blasts, a massive barrage of grinding riffs with a thick, heavy low-tuned guitar sound, just solid, steadily grinding songs; this stuff is maybe going too fast to truly make a lasting impression, this is a spur of the moment, speed-ball of frenzy going at a hundred miles an hour, so a lot of the songs kind of blur together for me. The band is maybe guilty of overkilling it with the breakdown effect too, with the sound completely fading out/cutting off, I usually dig this stuff but it can get a little gimmicky at times... The sound production is very polished and very impactful. It could also use some more rawness in my opinion but otherwise I think I'll keep this cd handy to put on whenever I feel a little stressed out. This is clearly some of the most effective and fastest, screaming type of grind out there! I'm really digging the artwork, and there's an alternate black and white cover art plus a complete lyrics sheet in english language (and the vocals actually seem to stick to the lyrics closely, most of the time!) Sick cover art handled by SF&L homie Jeff Metal Sayers from WASTOID. The Limited repress contains one bonustrack.

  • The tracks from Napalm Death's legendary 'Hatred Surge' (1985) and 'From Enslavement' (1986) demos, collected on one vinyl record!
  • THE TENTH STUDIO ALBUM FROM 2002, FROM THE UNDISPUTED UK GRINDCORE LEGENDS – PRESENTED ON HEAVYWEIGHT 180gm BLACK VINYL The UK’s Napalm Death is a band which has long defined extreme music and whose punk ethics and fierce political agenda have inspired everyone from System Of the Down to Queens Of The Stone Age through to The Deftones. Napalm Death were the forefathers of the grindcore movement, arising in the early-80s and going on to create the 1987 iconic debut, ‘Scum’. In the formative recording years the band featured members who spawned other pioneering and notable acts such as Godflesh, Cathedral and Carcass. ‘Order Of The Leech’, the 10th studio album from “The most important Metal band in the country” (Kerrang!), was released in 2002 and followed on from the highly acclaimed 2000 album 'Enemy Of the Music Business'. Featuring Napalm Death’s trademark blasting attack on the senses and with the unmistakably savage bark of mainman Barney Greenway, ‘Order of the Leech’ was greatly received by critics and fans alike as their fastest and heaviest album for a long time, and was even hailed as “the best album of their career” by Terrorizer. The album was produced by Russ Russell (The Exploited, New Model Army, Dimmu Borgir) & Simon Efemey (Paradise Lost, Obituary, Amorphis). (Peaceville Records)
