• Hierophant's sophomore full-length, 'Great Mother : Holy Monster' is an eight-song beast of blackened metallic hardcore fraught with D-beat and crust punk influence, with unexpected moments of speedy intensity and sludgy aggression lurking around every corner. (Bridge 9 Records)
  • The death of Joey Ramone in the summer of 2001 and Dee Dee Ramone in June 2002 provided ample evidence of the high regard that his band was held by fans and critics. Once regarded as a joke, their music little more than an adrenaline rush of one minute five second noise, The Ramones have come to be regarded as having influenced almost every star struck guitarist who knew just three chords and wanted to write a song. Hey! Ho! Let’s Go is an exhibit that tells the story of the Ramones, and of punk rock, but even if you (like me) were just a fan of the band, if you grew up with this music, it’s your story too, and you have an emotional and very personal investment in having it represented correctly. It’s hard to imagine it now, but back in their heyday, when the Ramones were alive and making records, publicly proclaiming your affinity to the band was a dangerous act. Wearing a Ramones shirt–which, back then, you could only buy if you went to a concert, or lived in a big enough city to have a cool record store–could either mean you’d make a friend or you’d get something thrown at you from a passing car. Who else can attract you with halloween pop and give you ice age snow storm camping? The looong awaited second album by our all beloved HEX DISPENSERS is here! The Austin top-tenners know how to deliver and feed the growing army of unbelievers with 12 new paranormal hit servings of their wolf spider soup, mexican bat-blood-ice-cream and medium norwegian raindeer eyes. These songs are frosted poison pills of sheer madness, lunacy! Alex Cuervo demon-calling vocals and the dispensers isolated but penetrating guitar sound and rhythm section let us stray aimlessly thru the night. Feel cornered by their genious simplicity, you still may call the WIPERS / MISFITS / RAMONES reference? Guess it´s too late pinning the HEX DISPENSERS to the wall when they already got shooted to Valhöll for their frenetic garage pop in 2007. As their first s/t album, "Winchester Mystery House" is recorded by mastermind #1 Mark Ryan (MARKED MEN) - this time mastermind #2 Dave Rahn (CARBONAS) added finishing touches. The album includes the re-recorded sold out singles "Lose my Cool" and "My Love is Bat" as far as a DEVO-Cover "Gates of Steel". Here at ALIEN SNATCH! we love putting records out where we can´t name our favorite song. Pressing on 180g vinyl and nice inner sleeve. Yes, they are the rocknroll bail-out. https://aliensnatch.bandcamp.com/album/hex-dispensers-winchester-mystery-house

HEX DISPENSERS | III | LP

    17.00 incl. tax
The HEX DISPENSERS give you the creeps with killer down-tuned guitars and paranormal pop hooks, sounding as if The Ramones would have only played bat caves, The Spits got stuck in black java and Devo felt the cold touch of the Misfits. They took all their latest singles hits and brand new songs into the Cool Devices Studio of Mark Ryan and Jeff Burke (MARKED MEN, RADIOACTIVITY) to record album 'III'. (Alien Snatch! Records)
  • f you mention HERESY's "FACE UP TO IT!" album many people will tell you what a great album it was, let down by horrendous production. Now, 30 years since it was recorded, the band undertook a mammoth project to make the album finally sound how they had envisaged The original multi track master tapes were unearthed and baked to allow a transfer of all the raw recorded material and for the band to do a totally ground up restoration/remix on not only the original album, but also the rest of the session that included the bonus tracks originally only released on the Japanese version of the album "Voice Your Opinion" To say that the results have been remarkable would be an understatement and have exceeded the bands own expectations - turns out underneath the muddy production there was a phenomenal album just waiting to get out! But don't just take my word for it, listen to two tracks here to see the amazing difference... So we proudly present FACE UP TO IT! in 2018, sounding as the band hoped it would in 1988! And because its a special release, we have gone to town on the packaging! Three Sided Vinyl LP (the original album plus one sided 12") Packaged for this first pressing only in gatefold sleeve, with additional insert and a CD in PVC wallet of all tracks! Featuring liner notes from all band members. (Boss Tuneage Records)
  • Official re-repress of their first LP! This is a special edition, released to celebrate their third European tour. Only 300 pieces pressed. Soon to be a collectible, get this pictured piece of wax before it's too late!!! (Agipunk Records)
  • The fourth studio album of Newcastle upon Tyne's crust punk institution by the name HELLKRUSHER. The band formed in 1989 by members of "Hellbastard" and "Energetic Krusher" and soon became an institution within the Crustpunk genre. They released several albums and Eps along their way as well as extensive tours with FINAL WARNING and DIRT in the nineties. Now, apart from a couple of split 7"s between 1997 and 2017, this forth studio album is the first full length in 21 years. Fourteen raging and pumping songs about the horrors of modern society in everyday way. Musically linked somewhere between VARUKERS and "Hear Nothing, Say Nothing" DISCHARGE, all twisted up with a massive doses of thrash and crustcore. Well done Hellkrusher! Recorded by Rich Doney at: Landscape Studios Stanghow 2015/2016. Artwork by Andy Lefton and Steve Descamps. (Ruin Nation Records) https://ruinnationrecords.bandcamp.com/album/human-misery
  • Ever think “Yeah, I love Wolfbrigade but wish they had some blasting occasionally”? Then HELLKNIFE‘s debut ‘Dusk Of Doom’ is the release you have been waiting for! The Mannheim five piece produce that crust metal sound with the aplomb of scene veterans. Guitars ripping between jangling d-beat riffing, trem picked almost black metal-ish speed sections and the melodic leads that give Crust that truly epic punk feel. Vocals are the bellowed hoarse throat tearers classic to the style, lent an edge by an extremely clean production and a delivery any wearer of a dred mullet would be proud of. The drums are intense, again with very polished production nothing is lost from the performance here, pummeling D-beats with some excellent cymbal play swapping to micro-blasting sections through rolling tom fills. HELLKNIFE capture that epic stadium crust feel perfectly, while incorporating some unique elements, songs like ‘Burn It Down’ feature a strong bluesy crust’n’roll undertone which keeps the listeners attention. Where some might tire of a surging tide of D-beat for 30 minutes HELLKNIFE do exactly what is needed to please both purists of the genre and keep the more casual fan entertained throughout. • New on Rawmantic Disasters is the Hellish View/Tortür - Raw Split LP. Hellish View from Minneapolis play primitive chainsaw punk! Clearly heavily inspired by Disclose and the like...distorted and driving D-beat. Tortür hail from Los Angeles, CA play typical noisy D-beat crasher crust. Expect nothing less than hellish rawpunk and a raw D-beat attack. If you can’t get enough Disclose worship, this LP should be for you! • Emerging from New York City's Lower East Side in an era when loud and fast ruled the scene, Hellbent forged a unique and innovative sound mixing equal parts of ferocious Discharge-inspired hardcore with the pummeling heaviness of metal bands like Venom and Motorhead, all steeped in a heavy dose of macabre lyrics and imagery. The band existed from mid-1983 to mid-1984, and during that brief window they managed to record two sessions at Don Fury's famous Demo Demo Studios, and score opening slots on a handful of high-profile gigs with likes of Discharge, The Exploited, and Samhain's first ever live appearance, as well as many other smaller shows around New York City. After Hellbent's breakyup, guitarist Vic Venom would go on to join Reagan Youth, and eventually form Sacrilege, who later morphed into NYC crust stalwarts Nausea. Drummer Brian Damage also did time with LA punk legends Verbal Abuse, as well as a brief stint with the Misfits, which culminated in their legendary final performance at Detroit's Graystone Hall. This LP collects both long-lost recording sessions in their entirety, complemented by a 12"x36" poster insert with many never-before-seen photos and flyers, as well as detailed liner notes by bassist Jon "Fury" Wiley. (Radio Raheem Records)
  • In 1988, a new Hellbastard lineup records a set of songs with their new drummer, Bry Newton. Out of these seven songs, three were used for the EP 'They Brought Death' by Temple of Love Records. Released in several colours, this sold out quickly, making it a much sought-after item. Now, after some 31 years, this session is released on vinyl in full for the first time with full approval of the band's lead guitarist Scruff. Just like the original release, this new version comes in several colours (this product here) as well as a Special Edition black vinyl version (see other link). Item comes complete with A3 colour poster, lyrics and liner notes from Scruff himself. Track list: SIDE A (SINGLE): SCHWARZWASSER DEADLOCK THEY BROUGHT DEATH SIDE B (EXTRAS): LIVE AS MORTALS HEADING FOR INTERNAL DARKNESS DEATH FROM ABOVE DEATH CAMP (Chaos Control Records)

  • Hard Skin are like the milkmen. They always deliver. Here’s another six song brickwall Oi! classic for all the skinheads who have had no chance to polish their doc martens and hit the streets. It’s business as always – hooks galore, razor sharp sounds and lyrics that say everything and nothing at the same time. Among the six songs are four fresh slabs of meaty Oi! and two cockney knees up moments with covers of The Lambeth Walk and Millwall FC’s theme tune Let ‘Em Come. Hard Skin once again prove they are the best band in the land. https://hardskin.bandcamp.com/album/south-east-enders
  • Nine years on from the stunning second album 'same meat, different gravy', lazy south london oi! legends hard skin return with not one but two albums. 'on the balls' is the male version of this soon to be household oi! classic. it's 12 instant anthems about council estates, sausages, the kids, cunts, the filth and gipsy hill. the sound is massive, the songs catchy and they'll stick in yer head for years. no one does anthemic oi! better than hard skin and the world will once again rejoice at these three diamond geezers. (JT Classics)
  • The latest reissue of this 1996 Helen of Oi! released, out-of-print, skinhead classic. It's full of extreme-anthemic sing-along Oi from Gipsy Hill, South London. The songs cover the art of shagging birds, drinking beer, playing darts, killing coppers and fighting on the street. (JT Classics)
  • The Finnish 4-piece rock n’ roll band Hard Action will be releasing their first full length album ’Sinister Vibes’ on Svart Records in June 2015. Started in March 2014 by guitarist Ville Valavuo (Speedtrap, Death Toll 80K), drummer Markus Hietamies (Speedtrap, Forced Kill) and lead singer/guitarist Günter Kivioja (Chestburster) the lineup was finally completed in late 2014 with bass player A-P Heinola (First Times), and the band are already working hard on new material. Even though Hard Action have only played a handful of shows so far they’ve already gained attention and radio play in Spain, Germany, Canada, Australia and the US. Following the debut single ’Dead Dogs’ the band takes up where they left off with the first release only to take it up a notch with this 10-track LP. The music is deeply rooted in 1970’s rock and late-70’s punk rock, and the simple-yet-catchy songs are topped with burning hot lead guitar parts, so expect nothing less than an album filled with electric guitar worshipping rock music. This album will definitely be one of the highlights of Finnish rock music in 2015. 200 copies on orange vinyl. (Svart Records) https://hardaction.bandcamp.com/album/sinister-vibes
  • Highly anticipated second LP from NY's HANK WOOD AND THE HAMMERHEADS! "The album builds on the garage punk groundwork of 2012’s debut LP, Go Home!, but features a better recording courtesy of Boston’s Side Two. The cleaner organ tone juxtaposed with the gruff vocals and plodding drums create something hypnotic, dynamic, and immediately enjoyable. While much of the grime of earlier releases is lost, the Hank Wood songs stand out more than ever before and show them at their best and most mature (no chicken were harmed in the making of this album cover!). Stay Home! stands out from its predecessor with its improved hooks, catchy-as-hell riffs, and percussive embellishments. Much like Crazy Spirit’s Demo 2014, the music works within the band’s existing framework but shows a strong progression from earlier material and an example of why both bands remain at the forefront of NYC’s incredibly productive punk scene." - http://www.bostonhassle.com (La Vida Es Un Mus Records)
  • HALSHUG | sort sin | LP

    18.00 incl. tax
2nd album from raw d-beat punk destroyers. “Sort Sind” (Black Mind) is for fiends of: Discharge, Skitsystem. Pure Mayhem! “Sort Sind” and the songs are reflections on fragments of the human experience expressed in the form of hardcore punk. The music is pure hardcore punk, no intended cross-overs or fusions. In the style of the bands EP and first LP, the style is scandinavian d-beat punk with many mid-tempo breakdowns and a few stomp-punk passages along the way. Differently from the last two releases (the LP Blodets Bånd on Southern Lord recs. and Dödkontrol on D-beat & Raw Punk recs.) the fast parts on this album aren’t as fast or as blasting, but turned slightly down to a more groovy d-beat. Some crusty references still occur, but riffs and leads on this album aren’t as orthodox to the scandinavian style as an the former releases. (Southern Lord Records) https://halshugsl.bandcamp.com/album/sort-sind
  • HALSHUG | drøm | LP

    18.00 incl. tax
Third vinyl release from our favorite Danes on Southern Lord: Blodets Band (2015) and Sort Sind (2016). Follows in the line of Sort Sind with some Black Flag like medium tempo as well as the ever raging D-beat but a few new ingredients have been added to the mix: A tiny dash of goth gloom, a pinch of fucked up electronics and a rather healthy dose of furious saxophones. That's right, saxophones!!! Kinda like Fear sang 'Copenhagen's all right if you like saxophones!'. Some would say mature but that said, it's all Halshug and all very very angry! Lauren Barley takes on this is to be read by clicking on the link. (Shipping: Early October) https://halshugsl.bandcamp.com/album/dr-m
  • Back in stock
A long overdue reissue of these recordings, that were originally released back in 1994 on the infamous Rugger Bugger Records Of Gypsy Hill as a series of three 7″ singles, each with their own self-explanatory moniker and style. (The tracks from the fourth one – Silly – were released on a compilation 7″ that accompanied Fear And Loathing fanzine). Guns N’ Wankers, despite the serious-minded overtones of their name, were a slightly frivolous and light hearted melodic punk band – a spin off  from the slightly frivolous, light-hearted, but rather excellent, melodic-punk band, Snuff i.e. Duncan Redmond, (switiching from drums to guitar) teaming-up with a couple of mates/occasional members of the Wildhearts for a project that – while not matching the genius of Urin8 – caused enough of a sensation for Fat Wreck Chords To release 8 of the tracks as a 12″. Which then went on to sell shitloads – ironically, making Guns N’ Wankers more of a global sensation than Snuff. Except, because Fat Mike is a light-weight arse, the Fat 12″ excluded the best of the three 7″s – the Metal one was too metal for his poncy label (while the Silly tracks were, understandably, too high-brow). And finally the Complete Recordings of 1993 – 1994 have been compiled on one LP, and we all get the opportunity to hear that eternal unresolved issue – what Antisect would sound like if they were Snuff. • Father of All Motherfuckers is Green Day’s thirteenth studio album. (Reprise Records)
  • This limited edition version was printed especially for their gig in Athens. Gov Flu is not letting anyone catch a breath as they return with another punch to the gut. Usually, HC bands are over, burned out or bored of themselves after their 2nd or 3rd recordings, but this isn't the case here. With each batch of new material, Gov Flu sets the bar higher and higher. There is no shortage of inspiration because the reality in their homeland of Poland, as well as the rest of the world is getting more and more fucked up by the day. The result is their new 12” is faster and more aggressive, combined with a pissed-off hardcore stomp. Are you seeing a rise of flag-waving, bat-carrying mobs with foam in their mouths taking streets of your town? Open your window, play this record loud and let all these bigots know that they're going to lose! (Refuse Records) https://governmentflu.bandcamp.com/album/vile-life
