Originally released in 1983 on Homestead Records and re-released on Touch And Go Records in 1992. Recently remastered by Steve Albini and Bob Weston at Chicago Mastering. Includes coupon for an MP3 download of the album. Big Black was started by Steve Albini in 1982 while he was attending Northwestern University in Evanston, Illinois. Lungs, the first Big Black release was recorded by Steve on a borrowed 4-track. He played everything on the EP himself - except the sax bleating courtesy of pal John Bohnen and the drums courtesy of Roland. Soon after, Steve recruited Jeff Pezzati (Naked Raygun) on bass, and Santiago Durango (also Naked Raygun) joined them on guitar. In 1983, together with live drummer Pat Byrne, they recorded the Bulldozer EP. By 1984, the band had done some touring and recorded the Racer X EP and the start of the Il Duce 7”. After that, Jeff returned to Naked Raygun and was replaced by Dave Riley. In 1985, Big Black recorded their first full-length, Atomizer, as well as finishing the Il Duce 7”. Atomizer was released in 1986 along with the release of the Hammer Party compilation CD. In 1987, the Headache EP and Heartbeat 7” were released. That same year, the band recorded and released the 7” of The Model/He’s A Whore as well as their second full-length album, Songs About Fucking. They toured extensively (for Big Black). And they broke up. (Touch And Go Records)

Milwaukee youth brings the fire and fury on their first record, Manic Revision. Sharing as much influence from Boston bands such as SSD and DYS and power violence bands such as Heresy and Infest; Big Laugh blends Hardcore and Punk in a way that is truly original and unprescendented. Big Laugh does not try conform to either genre, yet weaves the two together in an uncompromising fabric. (11PM Records)

  • Bikini Kill Records is excited to announce our second reissue - the newly expanded Yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah LP featuring seven previously unreleased tracks. It will be released on April 15th, 2014. The first 500 copies ordered will receive a free, limited edition poster. Side A of Yeah Yeah Yeah Yeah was originally released in 1993 as the BK side of their split record with the UK’s Huggy Bear, to kick off their legendary co-headlining tour of the UK in March of that year. Those tracks were recorded in their Washingon DC basement practice space on a 4 track reel to reel in 1992 by Tim Green (Nation of Ulysses, The Fucking Champs). Side B features seven songs either recorded live at shows during that era or at Bikini Kill practices. The LP also includes new photos and liner notes from David Feck (Comet Gain), Erin Smith (Bratmobile), and from the band themselves. The LP was mastered by TJ Lipple and Bob Weston (Bikini Kill Records)
  • Biohazard released their third studio album State of the World Address in 1994. Their breakout from the underground into mainstream culture yielded an album where their musical style hasn't changed that much from the predecessors. Right from the streets of Brooklyn it contains some heavy stuff, but melodies also playing an important role in the music. The high class production and the anger the band members expressing in the songs shows the versatility of the group. Billy and Evan seamlessly trade lines, resulting in some sweet call/release choruses. The lyrics, the riffs, the changes, the dimensions are flawless and showing a band at the top of their possibilities. 180 gram audiophile vinyl Including insert (Music On Vinyl)
  • Grey vinyl. Packed shows, sold out tours, both their six-track debut 12" and debut full-length "Pressure" get re-press after re-press... does BISHOPS GREEN really need any further introduction? I don't think so either, but we at REBELLION RECORDS sure as hell are damn proud to present you guys the brand new sophomore album by Canada's leading street punk band entitled "A CHANCE TO CHANGE"! With this album the band found a bridge between their raw and powerful debut EP, the passionate and resistful "Pressure" LP and their wild and rowdy live shows capturing it all on "A Chance To Change". So what are you still waiting for?! (Pirates Press Records)

A pure shot of abrasive punk/rock 'n' roll with a hint of working class Oi!, Blitz were among the most influential punk bands ever. It was Gary Bushell (who wrote for "Sounds" and was later dubbed the God Father of Oi!) who brought the band to the attention of his friend Chris Berry, who had just set up No Future records with a bank loan and high hopes. No Future 001 catalog (and Blitz's debut release) was a 4 track EP titled "All Out Attack", a 20,000 copy bestseller that made the label's fortune, later to become the most representative of the whole UK82 movement. Its follow-up, "Never Surrender", reached number 2 in the Indie charts, while their 3rd EP, "Warriors", showed their slight move towards the singalong-style of classic OI!. Before shifting to a more new wave-influenced vein right by the end of 1983, they managed to reach number 2 in the charts with a fourth and last 'punk' single, "New Age". This 1980-1983 complete retrospective features all four aforementioned singles along with their very first recording session from 1980, the legendary 'Timebomb' demos, and 4 cuts from the "Voice Of A Generation" demos!  (Radiation Records)

  • Bob Marley and The Wailers are the most legendary figures to emerge from Jamaican popular music, a trio of icons that brough reggae to the broader public consciousness and helped the Rastafari faith to spread outside of their native island. Robert Nesta Marley, Peter McIntosh and Neville O’Riley Livingston, AKA Bunny Wailer, are responsible for our understanding of reggae music itself, as well as the now-global movement of Rastafari consciousness and the general popular culture of Jamaica in a way unlike that of any of their peers. This retrospective on their 70's production, packed in a collectable double vinyl set, provide a tantalizing glimpse of the international stardom that would soon be achieved by the group, charting some particularly fertile and evolutionary phases of their formative years. Limited double LP on color vinyl, one green and one red vinyl, comes with extensive liner notes by David Katz, out for Record Store Day 2020. (Radiation Records)

  • It's 2021 and Vancouver’s Bootlicker are back with their first full length. Experimenting with various lineups and sounds since 2017, these 14 original tracks flesh out their most realized expression. Following four EP’s and two demos, their self-titled debut stays true to the noise cultivated in the previous offerings. That raw, blown-out production countered with clean guitar sound and Internationally-informed take on a UK82 delivery remains. Everything that made the band what they were on their previous output is polished into a ball of fire that will not be contained. Their mid-tempo, menacing posture of tracks like "Herd The Sheep" and "State Of Fever" give way to the D-beat totality of "Master" or "Two Faced" proving there are still ideas in the tank. There won’t be much left but scorched earth by the time it comes to rest. FFO: Mau Maus, Discharge, SSD. Every copy of this LP comes with a 16 page zine-style lyric insert full of illustrations by band member and visual artist Athena. (Static Shock Records)

Recorded in Sweden at Soundlab Studios, the album was produced by Millencolin guitarist Mathias Farm. (Scarlet Teddy Records)

This split Lp was originally released in 1993 on No Time To Be Wasted Records, a Belgrade-based label run by the singer of Brainstorm. BoD's side is entitled "反戦-反動物実験" (meaning "Anti-War Anti-Animal Experimentation", clearly the two main themes in the band's lyrics) and was recorded in February, 1993. This Lp was actually the first vinyl output of BoD, as the band had only recorded a demo tape before, "Not Lie", in 1992. The eight songs of "反戦-反動物実験" are perfectly recorded, I don't think songs like "Battle of disarm" or "Anti vivisection" ever sounded better than on this Lp. The guitar riffs are thick and thrashy, even slightly convoluted at times, and bring to mind Crude SS or Lobotomia more than Doom. On the other side of the Lp, entitled "Join no Army, Police and Politician", is Brainstorm. Their 1989 demo and the 1990 Ep are clearly early crust classics. The nine Brainstorm songs from that split were recorded in May, 1993, at a time when the war was certainly not over in Yugoslavia. Lyrical content, which, despite unfortunate losses in translation, still reflected the anger, the outrage and the urgency of that time and place. Written from an anti-state perspective, the songs read like cries against patriotism, conformity, blind faith, media and political manipulation, the brutality of war... No longer a mere punk trope used to denounce an imaginary endless war, calls for peace and disgust at the sheep mentality designated a very real situation. • Limited Black & White 'Quad' (ie. quartered) vinyl reissue of the classic debut studio album by Broken Bones, the ex-Discharge speed-metal punk band, who influenced Metallica and an army of other hard-core punk bands.
Broken Bones were formed in 1983 by the Discharge twin brothers of Bones (guitar) and Tezz (bass) and were joined by Baz (drums) and Nobby (vocals). From the 'Potteries' area, Stoke-On-Trent, they first produced two singles, Decapitated and Crucifix, followed by this album 'Dem Bones' – all fast and furious anthems and UK indie chart Top 10 entries.
The album, originally released in 1984, was produced by Clay Records' Mike Stone who had also produced Discharge. Along the way, band membership developed, but always featuring the distinctive guitar of Bones. Tezz later went to the USA, where he played with UK Subs, Ministry, and many others. Both brothers are currently in a reformed Discharge. (Fall Out Records)
  • Reissue for the 1984 mini LP by Stoke On Trent’s own Broken Bones, originally out on the Aggressive Rockproduktionen label and collecting their first two singles. This enhanced 2021 edition also features the full 1985 Live 100 Cub LP added as bonus. (Radiation Records)
  • Special CD re-issue housed in an ultra deluxe hard cover digibook including 20 page booklet with lyrics and photos! The packaging of this edition is totally stunning and makes justice to such a classic album. The 2nd full length by Italy's Metal masters BULLDOZER! Originally released in 1986, here it finally comes in a new edition remastered directly from the studio reels provided by the band and re-packaged with unreleased photos and lyrics (scans of the original typed drafts). "Final separation" is a devastating follow-up to their cult debut "The day of wrath" and adds a strong Speed/Thrash Metal vibe to their well-tested Black Metal meets dirty R'n'R tinged aggrression! All in all, this is another good confirm of the goodness of the Bulldozer?s sound back in the 80s and it?s good to recommend it to the old school fans of this lethal black/speed combination. For all its length, the nastiness of the speed metal and the brutal influences of bands like Venom and Mot?rhead collide to create another high impact effort, in pure 80s style!! RIDE HARD... DIE FAST!! (F.O.A.D. Records)
