Out of stock“9th & Walnut is where our first practice room was, in Frank’s sister’s garage,” Stevenson recalls. “His brother and sister lived there, and “The Pagan Babies”, Frank’s band with his brothers, played there too. Some of these songs were written when Frank was only 14 years old.” When the band reconvened to record them, it was just like the earliest days: “We just fell right into our old mode. It was so natural.” Also included are freshly recorded versions of the MGTC outtake “Like the Way I Know,” Descendents’ debut tracks “Ride the Wild” and ”It’s a Hectic World” (heard here for the first time with vocals by Milo), and the Dave Clark Five’s “Glad All Over”—given the full Descendents treatment. Everything Sucks is the fifth studio album by American punk rock band the Descendents, released in 1996 through Epitaph Records. It was their first album of new studio material since 1987's All, after which singer Milo Aukerman had left the band to pursue a career in biochemistry. The remaining members (bassist Karl Alvarez, guitarist Stephen Egerton, and drummer Bill Stevenson) had changed the band's name to All and released eight albums between 1988 and 1995 with singers Dave Smalley, Scott Reynolds, and Chad Price. When Aukerman decided to return to music the group chose to operate as two acts simultaneously, playing with Aukerman as the Descendents and with Price as All. Recorded June/July 1996 at The Blasting Room, Fort Collins, Colorado. Includes black and white doublesided printed insert with lyrics, credits, drawings, photos and release notes. Out of stockDescendents’ first Epitaph release since Everything Sucks in 1996, Hypercaffium Spazzinate, began taking shape after the band ended an extended hiatus to play live in 2010. Though still tight, they lived apart: singer Milo Aukerman -- whose cartoon rendering famously serves as the band’s logo -- was now living in Delaware, bassist Karl Alvarez and founder and drummer Bill Stevenson were in Colorado, and guitarist Stephen Egerton had settled in Oklahoma. So the album came to life over three years as the band sent tracks back and forth, occasionally meeting up in Karl and Bill’s adopted hometown of Fort Collins. Adopting such a protracted process meant not having to rush things, allowing for some of their sharpest songwriting yet. (Epitaph Record)

I Don’t Want to Grow Up is the second album by the American punk rock band the Descendents, released in 1985 through New Alliance Records. It marked the end of a two-year hiatus for the band, during which singer Milo Aukerman had attended college and drummer Bill Stevenson had joined Black Flag. I Don’t Want to Grow Up was the first of two albums the Descendents recorded with guitarist Ray Cooper, and their last with original bassist Tony Lombardo, who quit the group because he did not want to go on tour. Though recorded quickly and without much rehearsal time, I Don’t Want to Grow Up received positive reviews from critics, who praised its catchy songs, strong melodies, and pop-influenced love songs. Out of stockPunk classic back in print! Milo Goes to College is the first full-length album by the American punk rock band the Descendents, released in 1982 through New Alliance Records. Its title referred to singer Milo Aukerman's decision to leave the band to attend college, and its cover illustration introduced a caricature of him that would go on to become the band's mascot. It was the Descendents' last record with founding guitarist Frank Navetta, who quit the band during the hiatus that followed its release. (New Alliance/Unofficial Release)

Destroy All Monsters never found mainstream success, but earned some notoriety due to members of notable rock groups The Stooges and MC5 who joined the group. Out of stockA final repress of the mid ninties classic Skuld release of Portland's DETESTATION. An absolutel classic of nineties anarcho-hardcore punk that sounds like a mix between Nausea & Sacrilege with some influences from old Swedish bands and highly angry socio-political lyrics. Existing between roughly 1995—1998 or so, Detestation was a rather surprisingly prolific group during that time. This repress of the band's 1998 self-titled LP collects some of their finest material. Though the mandatorily interconnected Portland lineup contains pre-/post- ties to Defiance, Masskontroll, Resist, Hellshock, and Severed Head of State, among others, Detestation's rather commonplace brand of 90's crust punk remains a well rooted benchmark for the scene, and with good reason. Thanks in no small part to some scorching female vocals with great vocal arrangements, the band's lightly metallic power chords tended to be a little tighter and more memorable than most, thus Detestation is rightfully remembered as one of the finest of the genre. (Original txt Aversion Online) Includes Lyric Sheet and large Poster. (Skuld Records / Profane Existence /Consensus Reality)

Out of stockLicensed from the band (and their lawyers etc etc.)!! Munster Records proudly presents a compilation of the very first three 7" singles of the great and mighty DETROIT COBRAS, along with no less than NINE previously unreleased studio tracks of the same early days, by the original line-up!!!. Available on LP with a fantastic essay about the band's beginings, pics etc. "Some milestones of rock ' roll magic are destined to stay where they started, and until now these early Cobras sides have done just that, languishing-like many of the musty 45s that inspired them-in attics and basements in the city in which they were created. But their time has long been overdue, and now here they are, along with a few unreleased sides from those halcyon early days, for rock'n'roll fans the world over to blast loud and proud." Out of stockThe 1988 crustcore classic debut from Deviated Instinct. Norwich?s primo kings of stench-headed mayhem, 36 years after its original release, DEVIATED INSTINCT “Terminal Filth Stench-Core” Demo Tape, Agipunk in partnership with Terminal Filth Records (run by Deviated Instinct bass player Snapa), are finally making this classic available on vinyl in its entirety for the first time. 10 tracks heavily influenced by an Antisect and Amebix obsession, plus the fledgling thrash and death metal scenes filtering into their anarcho punk background were recorded in one frantic day. A darker, more metallic sound was developing, yet undeniably still staying true to their punk roots. The birth of what we started calling STENCH CORE at the beginning of the new millennium. With new artwork from Mid and remastered by Bri Doom. (Peaceville Records)
