  • I became a fan of The Mojomatics when their last album, Don't Pretend That You Know Me, was released on Alien Snatch records. Their newest release is on a new label, but the hodge podge of sounds that I loved on their last album are present on this record as well. The Mojomatics is a hard band to pin down. They have some straight up pop songs, some harmonica tinged country ramblers and some swamp stomping garage-y blasts. Definitely a band not content writing the same song over and over and it gives the album a fresh & dynamic feel. • Brooding, dark and sombre melodic crust in the vein of Ictus and Fall of Efrafa, vast resonant guitars and cello over thundering D-beat, invoking mythologies of remnant cultures amongst the ruins of our civilisation, the earthen liturgy of forests and ice scapes. Morrow are a collective of friends from all over the world, and features guest vocals from members of Masakari, Monachus, Wildspeaker, Archivist and Anopheli (Alerta Antifascista Records) https://alertaantifascistarecords.bandcamp.com/album/aa116-morrow-covenant-of-teeth-lp
  • MORROW | fallow | LP

    15.00 incl. tax
Morrow are a violin and cello driven atmospheric crust band, in the vein of Ictus, Fall of Efrafa and Remains of the day. They began their post civilisation odyssey in 2016’s “Covenant of Teeth” the somber string laden D beat, seated in the forests and ice scapes of future primitive cultures. “Fallow” picks up where their debut ended; following the same protagonists as they leave the safety of the forests in search of knowledge amongst the sweltering, vibrant and violent carcass cities in the desert south. It is a far more raucous record; a pandemonium of drums and throaty cello as our characters face a chaotic, terrifying and majestic landscape, one of bared teeth amongst the sand storms and screaming voices. Fallow features guest vocals from members of Gattaca, Monachus, Autarch, Wildspeaker, Hyena, Sol and Fall of Efrafa. • Terra Mater from australia is playing an unrelenting, down-tuned, strings-driven melodic d-beat hardcore with a neo crust-edge and outstanding brutal female and male dual vocals. Extremely powerful lyrics, artwork and presentation. Taking right where SCHIFOSI, EKKAIA, ASHKARA MADAME GERMEN... left off. This release is very dark, heavy and melody driven. • Hailing from London via Spain and Germany, Arboricidio play raging emo crust, a visceral pandemonium of weaving guitars over heavy d-beat, bringing to mind the legends of A Coruña, Ekkaia, Madame Germen and Ictus - with vocalist Amy’s venomous scream howling across desolate landscapes of collapsing pylons, bitter winds and withered trees. Featuring a member of Morrow, Guest vocals by Alex CF, for fans of Ekkaia, Madame Germen, Gattaca, Landbridge and Hyena. • Epic Neo-Crust like EKKAIA, ICTUS, old FALL OF EFRAFA of the amazing MADAME GERMEN!!! Anopheli is a project created between friends living in different countries. Jasmine, Brian and Josh all live in California and Alex (Light Bearer, Fall Of Efrafa...) lives in London. It started off as a lovely idea of immortalising a friendship with a musical project. Anopheli is taken from the word Anopheles, the greek scientific term for Mosquito, which means "good for nothing." Our first record is called "A hunger rarely sated." This is defintly a band that reminds to EKKAIA, ICTUS, old FALL OF EFRAFA of the amazing MADAME GERMEN! please check this out! • CARNIST | hellish | 10″

CARNIST hail from London and Austria and featured ex and current members of a ton of bands (Light bearer, Plague Mass, Shels, Anopheli) CARNIST began their tirade against the meat and dairy industry with 2012's "Unlearn." HELLISH feels like a very different, more concise release, a much heavier D beat crust punk has replaced the more melodic hardcore of their previous effort, yet still retains moments of melancholy melody reminiscent of HIS HERO IS GONE. HELLISH features spoken word specifically recorded for this EP by Social Psychologist Melanie Joy, who coined the concept of Carnism, from which the band takes its name, The 10inch comes on clear and black 10" vinyl with printed inner sleeves. • "Surprise! Stockholm’s finest, Viagra Boys are back with an incredible EP. They’ve also announced some tour dates for November too. One of them being here in Manchester the day after my birthday. Feel free to get me a ticket, I won’t be mad. For now, let’s get into this EP. Common Sense consists of 4 songs that will unapologetically annihilate you. Sebastian’s voice never sounded better, and that sax will always be a welcomed sound on a Viagra Boys song. The title track feels like Sebastian having a word with himself, but at the same time you can think of about 5 people this song could be applicable to. We all know someone who may go too far and is a little too self-destructive. The way in which Sebastian sings this is like someone who is completely wired at 4am and is having a heart to heart with themselves. It’s a deep song, and although the humour is there it is much more subtle. It is a heavy song, lyrically and it really does hit you. Lick The Bag where oh where do we even start with this. It’s a rebellious song, and you can completely imagine everyone going batshit to this at their shows. There is something so sordid and beautifully depraved about this, and fellow shrimps will be obsessed with this. Viagra Boys are an exciting band, and even that doesn’t do them justice. Their cult-like following and dedication from the fans is truly beautiful. Lick The Bag will hopefully become everything Sports has become. An iconic song for our generation. The thing is, Viagra Boys just put out incredible music and their songs just mess with your mind. That’s part of the charm. Everything about what they do just corrupts your mind, and you probably wouldn’t have it any other way. I love everything about their slick style, and how they just do it their way. It is truly unlike anything else, and this new EP is a perfect demonstration of this." Olivia https://www.50thirdand3rd.com (Year0001)
  • Limited edition blue vinyl pressing of the 1985 debut album by politically-charged punk rockers, Social Unrest! This is considered a seminal album in the Bay Area hardcore punk scene and comes packaged with a printed sleeve containing all the album’s lyrics! "Part of the lively Northern California punk rock scene of the '80s, Social Unrest were a hardcore outfit whose abundant energy and defiant anti-authoritarian stance set a standard followed by many of their peers. Social Unrest were formed in Hayward, California in 1980, with the initial lineup featuring Creetin K-os on vocals, Doug Logic and Danny Norwood on guitars, John Vollick on bass, and Mark Monti on drums. After making a name for themselves with their hard-hitting live shows, they released their first EP in 1981, a three-song 7" titled Making Room for Youth that was produced by East Bay Ray of the Dead Kennedys. The 7" was released by local indie label Infrared Records, while Social Unrest's next recording project would be released on their own Libertine Records imprint, the 12" EP Rat in a Maze, which was also produced by East Bay Ray. The band toured in support of the release, and also contributed the song "Their Mistakes" to the influential hardcore compilation Not So Quiet on the Western Front, which was compiled by the punk fanzine Maximum Rock N Roll in association with Alternative Tentacles Records. By the time Social Unrest released their first full-length album, 1985's SU-2000, the group had a new lineup; K-os, Logic, and Vollick were out, and vocalist Jason Honea, guitarist James Brogan, and bassist Ray Moses Vegas were in. A second album followed in 1986, Before the Fall, which was released by Libertine Records in the United States, while Konkurrel picked it up for distribution in Europe. Social Unrest launched another American tour after the album's release, and played Europe for the first time in 1987; that same year, they also appeared on the anti-apartheid benefit compilation Viva Umkhonto. In 1988, the band dropped album number three, Now and Forever, which introduced new bassist Ron Isa and included a guest appearance from original vocalist Creetin K-os. Ironically, Now and Forever proved to be the final studio album from Social Unrest's original run; the band broke up by the end of 1988, with the live album Mental Breakdown (recorded at a 1987 concert in Wolfsburg, Germany) issued as a farewell gesture." Jason Honea moved to Germany to pursue his education, and he formed a new band, Happy After Ever. Meanwhile, James Brogan joined the Bay Area pop-punk outfit Samiam. In 1995, Social Unrest's recorded catalog was reissued on a pair of compilations from New Red Archives, Complete Studio Recordings, Vol. 1 and Complete Studio Recordings, Vol. 2. In 1996, Danny Norwood and Mark Monti reunited Social Unrest, recording a new studio album, New Lows, which featured Creetin K-os and Jason Honea taking turns on bass and vocals, and was produced by Billie Joe Armstrong of Green Day. The group played occasional live shows, and released a 7" vinyl EP titled Social Unrest in 2009, with another 7", Songs for Sinners, following in 2010. In 2017, Social Unrest and New Red Archives teamed up to release a new vinyl edition of Before the Fall. (New Red Archives Records)

    WARSAW | warsaw | LP

    15.00 incl. tax
Early Sessions Of The Classic Joy Division Line-Up On 180g Vinyl LP! Warsaw was the planned debut album by the English post-punk band Joy Division, while they were briefly associated with RCA Records. Recorded in May 1978, it comprised eleven tracks now known collectively as the "RCA Sessions". However, the band were disappointed with the label's post-production work and the deal fell through, the album being scrapped. Four of the songs recorded during the RCA sessions had previously been recorded at the end of 1977, and it was these older recordings that the band would release the following month as their debut An Ideal for Living EP. The RCA sessions circulated on bootlegs for years, generally bearing the Warsaw title, until the tracks were licensed for a commercial release in 1994, appearing alongside "As You Said" from the 1980 "Komakino" single, as well as the band's first recorded music, the five "Warsaw Demo" tracks from 1977, which were noted on the sleeve as "bonus tracks". "What was planned to be Joy Division's first LP (unreleased until 1994, except in bootleg form) sounds like an album from the punk era -- raw and edgy, undisciplined but tuneful, unlike the group's proper debut, Unknown Pleasures. All of the tracks were later seen in different form, but Warsaw still manages to captivate through its pure energy." - AllMusic

  • Black vinyl limited to 300 - 18.00 Color in color (black into seablue vinyl) limited to 100 - 21.00 Second chapter in F.O.A.D.‘s annihilating mission to re-issue all the early 7MON material enriched by an incredible amount of rare and unreleased recordings. This LP includes two classic Ep’s from the legendary years when TNT&Records from Germany was putting out on 7″ some of the most classic Noisecore ever landed on this planet… “Your father was a poser… and what’s about you??” (1990) and the split with AxCx (1989) called “We’ll just have to acclimatize ourselves to the post nuclear area“: complete rough tape sessions with a lot of never heard before outtakes added, freshly ripped from Mick’s masters. Straight from the LP liner-notes: “The story behind this LP begun when Matthias Weigand delivered us a huge box of 7MON reels to transfer in the studio, to check exactly what was included in each one of them. We found out that most of them were the masters of the early Eps released by TNT &Records and then Ecocentric Records. When we started to discuss about a possible series of 7MON releases on LP to re-build the band’s discography from the early times, Mick came out with the fact that he had recently unearthed the complete sessions of each EP, that were much longer than how they were originally released on 7″.. (continues)“. To give you an idea of how longer these sessions are, the split 7″ with AxCx was 6′:35″ on the original TNT&Rec EP, this extended version clocks at 17′:18″ with more than ten minutes of extra noise! The bonus CD includes both the original EP versions transferred straight from the reels with a somehow sharper sound and the extended rough tape edits from Mick’s archives. The total of tracks included on this collection is countless, just think about the fact that the TNT editions had respectively 552 (“Your father was a poser..“) and 241 songs (Split with AxCx), nobody dared to count the complete sessions included here but we’re probably exceeding 2000!! These two legendary sessions shaped a whole genre and countless bands spawned from the “musical” extremism concepted by two Australian guys in the 80’s. If there’s a heaven of Noise, Seven Minutes Of Nausea is surely deserving a place at the top of it. LP with a special PVC sticker on the front cover, bonus CD, square A2 poster with the stunning “Your father was a poser…” art in its original colors and 20 page lyrics booklet!! (F.O.A.D. Records)

NASTY SAVAGE‘s classic Demotape “Wage of mayhem” (1984) for the first time on vinyl spiced up with a lethal selection of rare and unreleased bonus tracks from the early days… NASTY SAVAGE were the undisputed pioneers of Florida’s Metal scene, arguments can be made that the early 90’s Tampa area Death Metal explosion was a direct result of Nasty Savage, who mixed a more nihilistic view, lyrically and through onstage horror imagery, than the Bay Area. Their debut demotape and the additional early tracks collected here show the band on a more Power Metal oriented approach (at times even leaning to NWOBHM areas) than the incendiary Thrash artillery of some subsequent works, but the amount of memorable riffs, a dark evil mood with a few psychedelic elements and the charismatic vocals of their distinctive frontman Ronnie Savage, clearly show the fact that even at their inception they were surprisingly mature and way ahead for their times. The insane, impressive riffing and Ronnie’s high-pitched vocals coin a totally unique sound. Unique, but you can tell some of the influences: Mercyful Fate, Slayer, the heavier NWOBHM bands generally. “Wage of Mayhem” is without the slightest doubt one of the greatest and most influential Metal demo tapes of the 80’s. Remastered from pristine sources taken from the band’s personal archives. Gatefold sleeve + 24 page booklet full of rare photos, flyers, zine interviews and memorabilia. SPECIAL BONUS: a replica of the original “WAGE OF MAYHEM vol. 1” fanzine!!! DIVE IN A BLOODY PIT OF UNCHAINED METAL SAVAGERY!! Watch the trailer HERE Black vinyl limited to 350 copies. (F.O.A.D. Re-release of their 2005 masterpiece! Ictus formed in 2004 in Galicia/Spain and deliver fucking excellent modern dark and epic Hardcorepunk. Besides showing definately similarities to Ekkaia, Tragedy or even Catharsis, they are a brand of their own! With 3 guitarplayers and a hellish aggressive singer they manage to unleash such a wall of frustration and anger to leave me speechless when I first had a listen! Dark and heavy hardcore crust with undeniable hints to blackmetalmelodies + some ambiental parts and screaming political thoughts all over against those times we are living in today.... - ….this is the perfect soundtrack to fuck shit up.

  • For many, this band needs no introduction, as they are indeed legends in a vibrant scene stretching across the world. At the same time, for anyone not part of that category, they are far-and-away the best band that you've not heard yet. This full length, their sixth, in 45 years as a band, truly exemplifies how incredible and how special this band is.
Rather than follow the all-too-common trajectory of releasing a new full length every few years, and following it up with tour after tour, sparrer really remained selective with the new music they've chosen to release, and the gigs they are willing to play – and for many people, that is what really sets them apart. There is no ‘fluff’ - ever!
All of their albums are classics, and this one is soon-to-be as well. Hit after hit, hook after hook, sing-along after sing-along and jam packed with substance, “Forever" is an album that will be treasured by hundreds of thousands of fans for decades to come.
One would assume that this is the last full length that we will see from these legends; and a fitting one it is indeed. These best-of-friends wear their hearts on their sleeves, and bring an intensity and emotional component to everything that they do – whether it is recording new tracks, or getting on stage to thoroughly impress thousands of fans with their incomparable and truly spectacular live performances. This album does nothing short of illustrate that perfectly. 180gr black vinyl.
