  • Released in 1983 on London's Legendary Mortarhate label, Conflict's debut broke all rules in punk rock, setting new standards and storming independent charts, reaching and retaining position number 1 for several weeks. Formed in 1981 and led by vocalist Colin Jerwood, who would remain one of the group's few constants throughout its 30 years of existence, and fueled by hatred for the media, the military and the general status quo of late century Thatcher's England, Conflict has been a stainless model for three generation of peace punkers, activists and anarchists from all over the world. Sorry State is excited to bring you a repress of one of the best hardcore records ever, Koro's 1983 7" EP. Originally released in a small, self-released pressing, over the decades this monster's reputation has continued to grow, and collectors now have to fork over well over a grand for an original pressing. This one is too good for the scum to keep to themselves, though, a hyper-compact explosion of energy that can hold its own next to any landmark early 80s hardcore punk record you want to compare it to. A hardcore masterpiece and a 10 Top American slab of 7" perfection. Right up there with Fix's Vengeance, Pick Your King, Negative Approach's debut, Nervous Breakdown. An absolute all-time scorcher. Sorry State's 2023 pressing aims to replicate the original look and feel of the original as closely as possible, with an offset-printed sleeve on legal size paper. It's as close as you can get to the original without missing a mortgage payment. Label: Sorry State

Finally Re-issued after 20 years! - Originally pressed in 1996 PROFANE EXISTENCE is bringing this quintessential anarcho-punk masterpiece back in circulation. In 1996 AUS-ROTTEN released their first LP “The System Works For Them” on an unsuspecting punk scene. It spread like wildfire in a pre internet era within a genre that mostly depended on tape trading. (at least is was pre internet for us penniless punks) “The System Works For Them” was the perfect mix of anger and intelligence that the scene needed at the time (and still does today). It was like a wake up call that opened the eyes and ears to many punks the world over. The messages where crystal clear and most us were hooked as soon as the beginning shouts of “Boycott” bellowed over the speakers. I don’t believe any of us ever expected their message to resonate so well within the scene, but even more surprising is how the songs are just as relevant today as on they the day they were written. Which is why PROFANE EXISTENCE has decided to repress this record. We feel that that messages that AUS-ROTTEN brought to the table are to powerful to ignore. We feel that this LP is important and therefore should be highly available and priced affordably. We feel that those that would charge over exorbitant prices on eBay or Discogs have forgotten the message. PROFANE EXISTENCE has worked this out to ever last detail of this release with the members of AUS-ROTTEN whom have been involved from step one. All tracks have been re-masted by Jay Matherson at the Jamroom studios. To be 100% honest we didn’t want to do a complete re-master of what we already considered a good recording. However when we opened the tracks on protools we noticed a few balance issues that required fixing. These fixes resulted in a tremendous upgrade to the overall quality of the tracks. We painstakingly scanned, puzzled, and photoshopped the original artwork to make sure that it was as close to authentic as it could possible be. We then went for broke by pressing in three different vinyl color combinations! Overall to say that we are pumped to release this would be an understatement, we are absolutely ecstatic to bring you this LP on PROFANE EXISTENCE! Label: Profane Existence Records

  • THE CLASSIC 1980 DEAD KENNEDYS’ ALBUM, REMIXED FROM THE ORIGINAL MULTI-TRACK TAPES. • REMIXED BY CHRIS LORD-ALGE, GUIDED BY EAST BAY RAY AND KLAUS FLORIDE. • ALSO FEATURING PREVIOUSLY UNSEEN IMAGERY, EXTENSIVE ESSAY AND CONTRIBUTIONS FROM COUNTLESS ARTISTS INSPIRED BY THE ORIGINAL ALBUM • A REMARKABLE SONIC REVISITATION OF THIS MASTERPIECE! San Francisco’s Dead Kennedys arrived onto the post punk scene of the late 70s and early 80s with something to say and an urgent, razor sharp sound. Via two early singles they delivered the classic ‘Fresh Fruit For Rotting Vegetables’ in 1980. In the intervening decades the album has never failed to inspire and challenge everybody who came across it. This new mix, produced by Chris Lord-Alge gives incredible new sonic clarity to those songs, accompanied by sleevenotes from Amy Linden and East Bay Ray, alongside contributions from Dave Grohl, Duff McKagan and many other artists inspired by the record over the years. “We tried one song, ‘Chemical Warfare’. What Chris came back with was amazing. Everyone heard the difference, so we said, ‘All right, let’s go!’.” – East Bay Ray This new 2022 Mix demonstrates the enduring power of this music, and the relevance of its message today. Monolith was the second full-length album by West County punk-metal ’80s anti-heroes, Amebix. One of the best crossover records the UK ever produced. Originally released in 1987, with second rate Giger-style sleeve-art, on a dodgy heavy metal label (called Dodgy Heavy Metal Records). The Power Remains was a posthumous collection of live and demo recordings, that was originally released in 1993 (and done in a much more appropriate and enthusiastic fashion) by MCR and Skuld Records. This band-released reissue combines both LPs, with lavish new gatefold sleeve artwork (competently created by Andy Lefton of War//Plague and Tau Cross). And these copies are “special record store day 2016 limited editions. Tracks A1 to B4 were originally released as the Monolith LP. Tracks C1 to D2 and D4 were originally released on The Power Remains LP. Track D3 is previously unreleased. Tracks A1 to B4 were recorded and mixed at Sam Studios Bristol in May / June 1987. Tracks C1 C2, and C3 are demo recordings. Recorded at Cabs Studios late 1987 in 10 hours. Track C1 is a demo recording. Recorded at O.O.C. Studios, Holland 1985. • Deluxe reissue of this mandatory hardcore masterpiece, finally back on vinyl after almost 20 years! Undoubtedly one of the top 5 greatest albums in the history of 80’s Italian HC, right there with titans like Raw Power, Negazione, Wretched, CCM and Impact. Highly original song structures where energy, speed and melody embrace each other in an outstanding visionary vibe. Quoting MRR: “Non-stop intensity comes from this longtime Italian outfit. The powerful music is complex and at times awkward due to the band’s capacity in integrating leads and riffs that create some great, hard-hitting melodies. BAD BRAINS-type vocals add to this tight, original, impassioned release. This puppy shreds”. Transferred from the original 1/4″ master reels and specially remastered for vinyl, sounding better than ever with louder vocals and enhanced features lacking in the previous versions. Housed in a luxurious gatefold sleeve with scratch resistant matte lamination, including 11″x11″ booklet with photos, lyrics in italian/english and paintings of the time drawn by singer Rudy Medea, very much in keeping with the hermeticism of his lyrics, and A2 poster reminescent of TVOR’s promotional poster from the 80s. A top notch classic that can’t be missing in your collection if you love Italian hardcore in its best shape. Solid black vinyl limited to 600 copies. Label: F.O.A.D.

  • Formed in 1981 in Boston, MA Jerry's Kids started out with SS Decontrol, Gang Green, FUs, Freeze and Negative FX when the Boston Hardcore scene became the spotlight of American music. In 1982 a sampler of Boston bands was issued called This is Boston, Not LA. The three bands that dominated this sampler were Gang Green, The Freeze and Jerry's Kids all with more than five songs a piece. Jerry's Kids music was heard worldwide and shortly after a follow up-comp was issued with the band's song, "Unsafe at Any Speed." 1983 saw the release of Is This My World?, Jerry's Kids debut on X-Claim Records. From the buzz of This is Boston, Not LA, Jerry's Kids LP sold 3,000 records with no promotion. Then with X-Claim out of the picture, the record went out of print. At this point, Taang! released the record on its German label, Funhouse. One of the best and most important bands in hc/punk history. • Finally a European version of the long overdue LOS CRUDOS Discography collection. LOS CRUDOS, formed in Chicago's Pilsen neighbourhood in the early 90's, are a Latino punk band with a strong socio-political message and an extremely militant DIY attitude. During their first incarnation, spanning the years 1991 to 1998 the band self-released their own records, printed their own merch, booked their own shows and toured relentlessly around the world. From South America to Japan including a 3 month European tour in the winter of 1996. They spoke to the freaks the outsiders and the minorities and were not afraid of confronting the white middle class punk who reigned supreme during the terrible 90's. A time which will not be remembered for their hardcore output except for a few exceptions, in which CRUDOS are surely included. Their sound, far from being a copycat of whatever flavour of the month was reigning at the time was heavy rooted in the golden years of European and Latino American ferocious hardcore punk. With bands as IMPACT, WRETCHED, OLHO SECO, TERVEET KADET or MASACRE 68 as obvious influences in a time when the simple mention of any of those bands (or any non English speaking bands really) was usually met with a laugh or a joke. They sang in Spanish, with aggression and conviction and that made their message spread out widely, reaching thousands of Spanish speaking punks both in Latino America and Spain as well as inside USA where third generation Latino kids surely were missing a voice within the punk scene. The band split up in 1998 after a really intense year of touring and reformed in 2008. The band will be undertaking their first ever Scandinavian tour in July/ Agust 2016. This collection, originally released as a benefit for MRR magazine last year, includes all the LOS CRUDOS output plus compilation tracks as well as a couple demo tracks and an unreleased song. The European version comes in a gatefold sleeve and brings a 40 page booklet with flyers and the lyrics of all songs. Label: La Vida Es Un Mus Records

Ladies and gentlemen, here we go again! Agipunk is stunningly happy to announce the repress of one of the masterpieces of the early era UK crustcore. Phonophobia is a record that inspired thousands of dirty punks all over the world, and having the chance to re-release it is such a honour for us. I don't think we need to introduce this record and this band to any of the people who are reading these lines, but a few words are necessary to explain the value of this product. Phonophobia has originally been recorded and mixed at Southern Studios in London in August 1991. This version has been remixed and remastered by Dean Jones and Phil Vane with additional production at Springvale Studios in Ipswich in October 2009. The sonic assault is now more than ever ear damaging, so prepare your turntable and your eardrums for this final violent assault! 1000 copies will be pressed. Label: Agipunk Records
  • 'The Feeding Of The 5000' is the first album by the anarcho-punk band Crass. The album was recorded on 29 October 1978, by John Loder at Southern Studios and was released the same year. It was considered revolutionary in its time due to what was considered an extreme sound, frequently profane lyrical content and the anarchist political ideals in the lyrics. The album is considered one of the first punk albums to expound serious anarchist philosophies. Crass helped reinitiate the influence of the Campaign for Nuclear Disarmament and the wider peace campaign in the UK with the songs like 'They've Got A Bomb', 'Fight War Not Wars' and the adoption of the CND symbol at their live concerts. 'They've Got A Bomb' also has a period of silence within it, inspired by John Cage's '4'33'. The band have acknowledged the influence of Cage, and said that the idea of the space in the song, when performed live, was to suddenly stop the energy, dancing and noise and allow the audience to momentarily "confront themselves" and consider the reality of nuclear war. One of the most important albums ever. It doesn't get better, angrier and original. First released in 1978 on Small Wonder Records, and later re-released on the band's own Crass Records, The Feeding of the Five Thousand showed Crass as an anti-establishment and highly uncompromising act, and one that would influence countless people, bands and activists. The record came to be made when Pete Stennett, owner of Small Wonder Records, heard a demo that the band had recorded. Impressed by all of the material, he decided that rather than release a conventional single by the band, he would put all of their set onto an 18 track 12 inch EP. (Crass Records)

Finally this project is finished! For all of you who aren't familiar with this Norwegian band, they existed from '84 to '87, were the following band of "Svart Framtid", featuring Gunnar on vocals who later after Kafka Prosess' decline, formed with other friends "So Much Hate" & were in my opinion one of the best HC bands that ever came from Norway or even Europe!! On here you find all the stuff that Kafka Prosess have recorded in their 3 years of existence incl. an previous unreleased 7" session. Label: Skuld Records
  • Deep Wound was the first band from J Mascis and Lou Barlow (later Dinosaur Jr.) in the early 80s. But if you now expect guitar rock and grunge, you are completely wrong, because the band played incredibly fast, complex hardcore for the time, which easily reached the level of the other Boston bands (Jerry's Kids, Negative FX, SSD, ...). The only 7'' with 9 tracks has been booted several times and is rightly considered an absolute classic. In addition to the tracks of the above 7'' there are also the two songs from compilation  "Bands That Could Be God" and the 13 songs from the first demo. If you like original Boston Hardcore and do not already have the songs in another form, it would be a good idea to access them here. Tracks A1 to A9 were originally released as "Deep Wound" 7" on Radiobeat Records in 1983. Tracks A10 and A11 were originally released on the compilation "Bands That Could Be God" on Radiobeat Records in 1984. Tracks A12 to B12 were originally released as "1982 Demo". • Black & White 'Quad' (ie. quartered) vinyl reissue of the classic debut studio album by Broken Bones, the ex-Discharge speed-metal punk band, who influenced Metallica and an army of other hard-core punk bands. Broken Bones were formed in 1983 by the Discharge twin brothers of Bones (guitar) and Tezz (bass) and were joined by Baz (drums) and Nobby (vocals). From the 'Potteries' area, Stoke-On-Trent, they first produced two singles, Decapitated and Crucifix, followed by this album 'Dem Bones' – all fast and furious anthems and UK indie chart Top 10 entries. The album, originally released in 1984, was produced by Clay Records' Mike Stone who had also produced Discharge. Along the way, band membership developed, but always featuring the distinctive guitar of Bones. Tezz later went to the USA, where he played with UK Subs, Ministry, and many others. Both brothers are currently in a reformed Discharge. Label: Fall Out Records Barcode: 5013145302811
  • Hardcore punk band formed in Victoria, B.C./ Canada in 1980. Dayglo's "Feed Us A Fetus" is their second full-length album, originally released in 1986. This is hands-down, the best Canadian punk record to emerge from the 80's!! Aside from collecting most of the songs from their first 12? record entitled "Out Of The Womb" (1981), it also contains many brand new songs (at the time) that were even better than those on the first album. Many of their classic punk anthems are captured on this vinyl and Unrest Records is the sixth label to release the album over the years, which is a testament to what a classic it really is. There should be one of these in every punk rocker's record collection. Don't miss out!! Splatter Vinyl ltd to 200. Label: Unrest Records

Originally released on Riot City Records in 1983 and quickly becoming one of the label's most highly sought after releases, Ultra-Violent recorded just one single before breaking up when vocalist Adie went on to front the Metal incarnation of the English Dogs. Three songs of blistering UK82, and quite possibly the best record in the genre. Finally reissued in it's original format, with original copies regularly selling for £70+ online. An excruciating amount of thought and love has been poured into this release to make it the best reissue it could be. The accompanying insert also features reprints of original fanzine coverage, several previously unpublished photographs and also for the first time, a lyric sheet. Recorded at inner ear studios, arlington, virginia between april 1981 and december 1983. the washington, d.c. straightedge hardcore punk scene began with minor threat. the band recorded two lps on its own dischord label, plus an ep and the miscellaneous singles that are collected on this cd. many of the early recordings on this collection seethe with teen-age angst and indignation. the songs rage against bullies, religious hypocrisy, and the herd mentality. other songs, taken from later in minor threat's career, feature tighter and more sophisticated playing. metallic flourishes tinge the guitar work, vocal harmonies abound, and song dynamics vary more than on the earlier record. on certain songs, ian mackaye's lyrics address the complexities of friendship, loyalty, and self-expression. 'look back and laugh,' 'little friend,' and 'it follows' all incline more toward introspection and ambiguity; conveying loss and sadness in addition to outrage. this second set of songs seems to especially anticipate mackaye's later work with fugazi. the album also contains a few playful numbers like the sing-along cover of 'stepping stone,' and 'cashing in,' a mocking dig at greedy musicians. minor threat believed completely in the power of its music, helping earn a loyal fan following and the respect of numerous other bands who emulated its style and credo. Label: Dischord Records
