Knocking out punk rock since 1981, the band has seen a lot of ups and downs over the last 40 years, but one thing has remained constant and that’s Joe Queer’s ability to pen a good ol’ pop punk song. The band’s latest album released on Joe Queer’s own All Star Records brings the band back to their early Lookout Records sound of Love Songs for the Retarded. Blasting out with 15 new tracks of their signature Ramones core sound. As Joe Queer says, “We’re not trying to reinvent the wheel here, we’re just playing 1234 buzzsaw punk rock.” Joe found himself saying a prayer to Joey Ramone leading up to the writing session. Asking Joey to throw him a bone with some inspiration. And thus, Save The World.
